About
A public, machine-readable corpus of post-incident reviews.
This project means to create a public repository of incident reports with annotated metadata and summaries of public postmortem documents. It builds on danluu/post-mortems and expands it by adding categories, time data, and room for in-depth analysis.
If you'd like to contribute, edit a postmortem under data/ or open an issue.
All entries are also available as JSON at
/output/ — use it as a read-only API.
For postmortem templates from various companies, see
postmortem-templates.
